Yapılan çalışmalara göre yaşlı bireylerin yaklaşık yüzde 40’ı kronik susuzluk ve yol açtığı sorunlarla karşı karşıya kalıyor. Yaşlılıkta su tüketiminin azalmasının ciddi sorunlara yol açabileceğini belirten Prof. Dr. Mehtap Kaçar, “Vücut susuz kalınca beyin susuzluk sinyali gönderir ve su içme ihtiyacı doğar. Ancak yaşlanma ile birlikte sinir sisteminin bu işlevi de zayıflıyor ve yaşlılar susadıklarını hissettiklerinde, büyük ihtimalle zaten uzun bir süredir susuz kalmış oluyorlar” dedi.

10 Million Vehicles Change Hands Annually, Irregularities on the Rise
Motorlu Araç Satıcıları Federasyonu (MASFED) verilerine göre Türkiye’de yaklaşık 70 bin motorlu araç satıcısı faaliyet gösteriyor ve yılda ortalama 10 milyon araç el değiştiriyor. Russian Language Experts from 31 Countries Gather at Yeditepe University
The second "East-West International Russian Language Week" was hosted by Yeditepe University in Istanbul. Organized by the Russian Agency for Science and Culture (Rossotrudniçestvo) and Moscow State University of Linguistics, the event saw participation from experts from 31 countries, including France, Italy, Spain, China, and Austria. During the event, which took place from October 17-19 at Yeditepe University's 26 Ağustos Campus in Ataşehir, participants discussed new methods and contemporary approaches in Russian language education, and conducted special activities and classes aimed at eliminating cultural barriers and fostering intercultural dialogue.
