Dormitory registrations for the 2026 – 2027 academic year will be conducted from 24-30 August, 2026

To avoid any inconvenience due to high demand, students must carefully follow the steps outlined below and complete their registration renewals on time.

  1. Students must fill out the application form for the 2026 - 2027 Fall and Spring Semester dormitory general application between Monday, August 24, 2026, 09:00, and  Sunday, August 30, 2026, 17:00, 2026, by accessing the following link: a7.yeditepe.edu.tr 
  2. Students whose applications are approved will be notified via SMS on September 4, 2026. Annually payments must be made  between September 4 – September 9, 2026, to the bank account listed below via bank transfer, EFT or physically using a credit card. The fee for the selected room type, plus a $500 deposit, must be paid. Applications with incomplete payment will not be considered.
  3. In case of payment by bank transfer, the student namber and full name of student must be included in the payment reference / desciprion field.

Requests to change the selected room will be evaluated after the registration period ends. Only one application is required; applicants may select multiple room types within a single application.

For students who have previously stayed in our dormitories:

  • Health Report
  • 1 copy of the ID card
  • Criminal record certificate

For students registering for our dormitories for the first time:

  • Health Report
  • 1 copy of the ID card
  • 2 passport photos
  • Criminal record certificate

Students must bring the original documents required for registration on the day of dormitory placement.
