Our halls of residence, which are conveniently located at the center of İstanbul in Ataşehir, have a capacity of 3.641 people. While you can pursue your University education over a 123.000 m2 full equipped campus field, you can benefit from the hall of residence opportunities on our campus.
The rooms in the hall of residences are mostly for two people. The rooms include a bathroom, a mini-fridge, a private desk, a chair, glass bookshelves, a wardrobe with a mirror and other furniture made of nonflammable material. Additionally, 24 hours internet connection is available.
Students who accommodate the hall of residence can benefit from the 24-hour uninterrupted Knowledge Center and Social Facilities which include, a restaurant, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, a squash center and a sauna.

Documents required for students who will enrol in our student residences for the first time
For students who have previously stayed in our dormitories:

Criminal record certificate
For students registering for our dormitories for the first time:

Students must bring the original documents required for registration on the day of dormitory placement.
Dormitory registrations for the 2024 – 2025 academic year will be conducted from July 1st to July 5th, 2024.
To avoid any inconvenience due to high demand, students must carefully follow the steps outlined below and complete their registration renewals on time.
Registration Renewal Steps
- Students must fill out the application form for the 2024 - 2025 Fall and Spring Semester dormitory general application between 09:00 on Monday, July 1, 2024, and 17:00 on Friday, July 5, 2024, by accessing the following link: Application Form (Form The application form will be active at 09:00 on July 1, 2024.)
- Students whose applications are approved will be notified via SMS on July 11, 2024. Payments must be made annually, between July 11 and July 16, 2024, to the bank account listed below via bank transfer, EFT or physically using a credit card. The selected room type rate + $500 deposit must be paid. Applications with incomplete payment will not be considered.
Requests to change the selected room will be evaluated after the registration period ends.
One application is sufficient; multiple room types can be selected in a single application.
