Accommodation

• Students must fill out the application form for the 2025 - 2026 Fall and Spring Semester dormitory general application between 09:00 on Monday, June 23, 2025, and 17:00 on Friday, June 27, 2025, by accessing the following link: https://forms.gle/7k2Vwh7Pqt9i9srA7
• Students whose applications are approved will be notified via SMS on July 03, 2025. Payments must be made annually, between July 03 and July 09, 2025, to the bank account listed below via bank transfer, EFT or physically using a credit card. The selected room type rate + $500 deposit must be paid. Applications with incomplete payment will not be considered.

Requests to change the selected room will be evaluated after the registration period ends.
One application is sufficient; multiple room types can be selected in a single application.

For students who have previously stayed in our dormitories:

• Health Report
• 1 copy of the ID card
• Criminal record certificate

For students registering for our dormitories for the first time:

• Health Report
• 1 copy of the ID card
• 2 passport photos
• Criminal record certificate

Students must bring the original documents required for registration on the day of dormitory placement.

The selected room type rate + $500 deposit must be paid.
