Yeditepe University's TÜBİTAK Success

Yeditepe University took 23rd place among 50 universities in the annual TÜBİTAK evaluation of the Entrepreneurial and Innovative University Index.

Since 2012, TUBITAK has been announcing the Entrepreneurial and Innovative University Index to promote entrepreneurship and innovation performances and activities at universities, and increase competition among universities.

With this index, universities are evaluated according to 23 indicators: scientific and technological research competence, pool of intellectual property, cooperation and interaction, entrepreneurship and innovation culture, and economic contribution and commercialization dimensions.

Yeditepe University, which ranked 27th among 50 universities in 2016, took 23rd place in 2017, ranking 8th among foundation universities.
