It has become a common desire for the entire Turkic world to be united not only socially but also scientifically. Due to historical and cultural ties, the social unity developing among Turkic states is increasingly important, along with the establishment and development of scientific partnerships at the same pace. From past to present, contributing to world science and enhancing the overall welfare of humanity has always been among the goals of the Turkish people. In this spirit, we are pleased and honored to announce the 1st Turkic States Medical Congress, which will be hosted by Yeditepe University in Istanbul from September 5-8, 2024.
The 1st Turkic States Medical Congress will be held at Yeditepe University with the participation of distinguished universities from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and Turkmenistan. In this meeting, recent developments and research in various medical fields will be discussed, and scientists will have the opportunity to share their experiences mutually. The enriched sessions and discussions, both theoretical and practical, will enable participants to actively share their knowledge and experiences, leading to more effective service in their respective fields.
Another aim of our congress is to take steps towards solving the common problems encountered in the healthcare systems of the Turkic Republics. From this perspective, the acquaintances and friendships that will develop among all participants, especially young scientists, are extremely important for the design of collaborative scientific studies and projects related to our health issues. Our primary goal is for the 1st Turkic States Medical Congress to lead to significant advancements and steps in the health sector for the Turkic countries, creating a common and robust framework.
