Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts signed an agreement with world -famous pastry school  Alain Ducasse Education – ENSP from France.

Pastry training for Yeditepe chef candidates from the most  famous pastry school in France Alain Ducasse Education- ENSP

The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Yeditepe University which Turkey’s first Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department signed an agreement with word- famous pastry school Alain Ducasse Education-ENSP, France.

With this agreement, Yeditepe University students who meet the required conditions will get 140 hour training at Alain Ducasse Education-ENSP, in France during the summer period  witin the scope of the program especially designed  for Yediyepe University students and after the completion of the program they will be able to do their internsip for a month in France or in another country Alain Ducasse Education has an agreement with. Students who successfully complete the program will also be qualified to get Alain Ducasse Education Certificate.

In this way,Yeditepe University Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts  students will have taken important advantage in the name of their careers by gaining international experience.
