Yeditepe University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department hosted the “1 Karavan 2 Öğrenci UniŞef” team, which is broadcasted every Saturday at 14.00 on the BeIN Gurme TV channel.
Every week a different university hosts the program “1 Karavan 2 Öğrenci UniŞef” where students are invited to present different recipes to the audience.
This week students of our Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Yeditepe University; Sena Tuncel, Yunus Emre Güngör, Kubra Aydoğdu and Canberk Yilmaz prepared a total of 8 different flavors from the traditional Turkish Cuisine for the program to be published in two separate sections. Our department, which is the only official partner of the UNESCO / UNITWIN network in Turkey, has thus recorded forgotten traditional meals and introduced them to a larger audience.
