Yeditepe University offers School of Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy students the opportunity to make an Integrated Doctorate (MD - PhD) and Master’s Degree at the Institute of Health Sciences while continuing their undergraduate studies.
According to the sixth article themed "Integrated Ph.D." of the "Yeditepe University Graduate Education Directive" put into effect by the Yeditepe University Senate, students who have completed the fourth year of education in these departments can also start an Integrated PhD (MD-PhD) program when starting their "Term 5" education. Students can also enroll in one of the many graduate programs affiliated to the Institute of Health Sciences to start a master's degree program.
Requirements
Students who want to participate in these programs must have a GPA of at least 3.0 out of 4.0, at least 80 from ALES and at least 55 from YDS, ÜDS, YÖKDİL language examinations. The Integrated Doctorate Program consists of at least 300 ECTS credits including at least 14 courses with 42 credits, seminar, qualifying exam, thesis proposal and thesis study.
