YEDITEPE LAW STUDENTS HAVE BEEN OFFERED ROMAN LAW COURSE FOR FOUR DAYS IN ROME

Professor of Roman Law, Dr. Diler Tamer who is a faculty member atYeditepe University Faculty of Law has visited Rome with 50  law students. About the seminars they gave  in Rome, Prof. Dr. Tamer said :  “ 'In our ‘Journey to Antique Age’, we have given seminars and visited the residential areas of Rome (Senatus, Comitia, Forum Romanum and others), which is not only a city that meets the demands of agricultural and commercial activities following sensible legal solutions that support the individual, but also the birth place of Civil Law and  Law of Obligations.”

Student representative Onur Deryan said “Our professor enabled us to easily understand Roman Law with the help of the four-day-seminars in the city of Rome where all the important institutions take place. Previously, our professor’s trip to Sultanahmet, where Justinianus Code was written, was equally informative for us.”
