Who is Oya Günay?
Working as an Executive Coach and Strategic Partner in Turkey and throughout the world, Oya Günay helps organizations and high-level executives to develop the strategies that are suitable for themselves and to increase their potential. With having more than 20 years of work experience in international finance, Günay took high-level roles in her years of working in Istanbul, London and Wien as Investment Banking Operations Executive, CFO and European Project Coordinator.
Günay completed her coaching education in Columbia University in New York. She mainly focuses on high potential leadership, strategic and financial intelligence, emotional intelligence and management of differences in a global world with organizations and high-level executives.
Apart from executive coaching and strategic partnership, Günay also has an academic interest in the foundations of inter-cultural interactions and she also writes articles. Günay knows German and English languages.
