Semiha Şakir Anatolian High School visits Yeditepe University
Semiha Şakir Anatolian High School students visited Yeditepe University to learn about advanced studies in the field of medicine and pharmacy in Turkey.
On February 27th, Semiha Şakir Anatolian High School twelfth grade students with their Biology Teacher Özlem Kaya and Chemistry Teacher Cigdem Öz Berber visited Yeditepe University Cosmetics R & D and Production Department, and the Genetics and Bioengineering Department.
The students, who met with Cosmetic Research and Production Center Coordinator Hülya Dağöttüren, learned how to produce cream from Cosmetic R & D unit Chemist Fahriye Hamzaoğlu.
Later, Melis Kalkan from the Genetics and Bioengineering department gave information about advanced research projects and stem cell R & D studies.
