Application Procedures:
Positions of Professorship:All applicants are required to submit to the Rectorate of Yeditepe University, as per Article no.26 of the Law on Higher Education, no.2547, a letter of application stating department of interest and their principal work of research, along with an annex of 6 (six) assemblage of files; including a current curriculum vitae (CV), 1 head shot photograph, copies of their identity cards and of documentation of Undergraduate, Graduate, Doctorate and Associate Professorship degrees (please note that all of these copies will have to be notary public certified); and if available, foreign language exam score documentation, scientific publications, communiqués delivered at conventions and/or conferences, and references made thereto as well as other documentation of conducted doctorate studies and educational activities.
Position of Associate Professorship:As per Article no. 25 of the Law on Higher Education no. 2547, along with their letter of application stating department of interest, all applicants are required to submit to our Rectorate, their current resumes/curriculum vitae (CV), a set of 4 (four) set of files comprising of one headshot photograph, notary public certified copies of their identity cards, documentation of Undergraduate, Graduate, and Doctorate degrees, and if available foreign language exam score documentation, their scientific publications, communiqués delivered at conventions and/or conferences, and references made thereto as well as other documentation of conducted doctorate studies and educational and training activities.
Position of Assistant Professorship:Along with their letter of application, all applicants are required to submit to the related department’s Dean’s Office, within the time limit mentioned, a set of 4 (four) set of files comprising of one headshot photograph, resumes/curriculum vitae (CV), notary public certified copies of their identity cards, documentation of Undergraduate, Graduate, and Doctorate degrees, transcripts indicating the averages of grades received, if available foreign language exam score documentation and if any, their scientific publications.
The last date of application is to be within the period of 15 days following the publication of the advert. All applications are to be made in person. Applications not made within this period, or made with incomplete documentation will not be considered. (All documentation or diplomas received abroad must be accredited by the relevant authorities.)
