CAS SCIFINDER DISCOVERY PLATFORM
Database Registration and Usage Links
Yeditepe University Users can register to use the SciFinder Discovery Platform from the registration link.
Once done, they can access SciFindern from the access link; to other modules (CAS Analytical Methods and
CAS Formulus) can switch from this interface.

Considerations When Signing Up
User name:
It can consist of 5-15 characters, only letters or combination of letters and numbers. English
characters should be used (I, ö, Ö, Ü, ü, ğ, Ğ, ç, Ç should not be used)
EXAMPLE: AHMETYILMAZ
Password:
It must consist of a combination of 7-15 characters and at least three of the following.
-letter,
- mixed upper and lower case,
-number
-non-alphanumeric character, for example; (*,#,@,%,&)
EXAMPLE: Ahmet2021 or Ahmet#2021
Username and password cannot be the same; 2 characters of the password must be different from the username.
E-mail address:
In addition, you must enter your university address with the extension @yeditepe.edu.tr or @std.yeditepe.edu.tr as your e-mail address.
Fill in the form in the link, click on register, an e-mail will be sent to your university e-mail account.
