The Intelligent Surgery Robot Project (I-SUR), which is supported by European Union 7th Framework Program (FP7) and being conducted by Associate Professor Duygun Erol Barkana, a lecturer of Electric-Electronic Engineering since 1st of March, 2011, is completed successfully. The project is one of the two projects supported in Turkey and is conducted in cooperation of Yeditepe University, Universita Degli Studi Di Verona (Italy), Fondazione Centro San Raffaele Del Monte Tabor (Italy), Tallinna Tehnikaulikool (Estonia), Oslo Universitetssykehus Hf (Norway) and Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule (ETH) Zürich (Switzerland).
