Graduation Ceremonies 2022 Calendar

Dearest Graduates of Yeditepe University,

Our 2022 Graduation Ceremony will be held at our campus between 29 June – 02 July 2022.

We expect all our students who are going to graduate.

 * You can access the videos of the ceremony from the YouTube account of our university. 

•  Invitation of our Lecturers to the stage and their parade 

•  Invitation of all of our graduating students to the ceremonial ground and their parade to their respective places while their names are announced.

•  Standing in silence and The Turkish National Anthem

•  Speech of the faculty valedictorian

•  Announcement of the names of the students who have received a high-honours and an honours certificate. 

•  Announcement of the names of the faculty and department valedictorian, salutatorian the third-placing students.

•  Speech of our Dean

•  Convocation Ceremony

Robe Distribution

•  You can receive your robes from the office of belongings (ground floor of the dormitory for male students) between the dates of 08.06.2022 (Monday) and 24.06.2022 (Friday). After this date, this process will continue from the Robe Distribution Area between 27.06.2022 (Monday) and 02.07.2022 (Saturday). The working hours are between 09:00 – 17:00. 

•  The Robe Distribution Area is to be situated in an open field at the lower entrance door of the Faculty of Communications in the Building of Fine Arts. (We kindly ask our students not to enter within the periphery of the building)

•  The robe set will be delivered in exchange for 250,00 TL and with a till roll paper. This has the approval of the administration. (Cash and Credit Cards are Accepted)

•  250,00 TL is the price for a robe (175,00 TL) and shawl (75,00 TL) caps and badges will be gifted to our graduating students.

•  We kindly ask our students to have a black hair grip/bobby pin for them to fasten/pin their caps.

•  In order to hasten their processes, our students that will graduate need to register at before they arrive to purchase their robes.


•  We kindly ask our students to be present on the meeting grounds (Which are determined by our Faculties) before the beginning of the ceremony. 

•  During the ceremony, professional photoshoots will be handled by the İSTEK Photo Film Center. For a smoothly-running ceremony, it is necessary for our families not to leave their places for photoshoots during the ceremony.

•  Shoe choices that are suitable to the festival area and the geography and topography of our university would allow the students and their families to move more freely. 

•  Our students who want to ask questions about the ceremonies and those who wish to be further informed can receive info from the related secretaries of faculties.
