The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Yeditepe University continues to cooperate with Alain Ducasse Education-ENSP, the world-famous pastry school in France in its third year.
The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Yeditepe University, Turkey's first Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, started to work with Alain Ducasse Education-ENSP, the world-famous pastry school in France in 2016. After this year’s negotiations, Yeditepe University's Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department renewed its contract with Alain Ducasse Education-ENSP for the third time.
An opportunity for education in France
Students who have fulfilled the necessary conditions in this agreement will go to France during the summer and will receive a total of 140 hours of training from Alain Ducasse Education-ENSP in a program specially prepared for Yeditepe students and after completing the training program they will complete an internship for a month in France or in another country which has an agreement with Alain Ducasse Education. Students who successfully complete the program will also be eligible to receive the Alain Ducasse Education certificate. In this way, Yeditepe Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department students will gain a significant advantage in their careers with this experience in the international scene.
