We Are Hosting WAPE 2025!

Yeditepe University will host the 18th Annual Forum of the World Association for Political Economy (WAPE) between August 6–8, 2025.

This year’s theme, “Multipolarity in the 21st Century: Challenges and Opportunities in Political Economy,” aims to foster a global discussion on the economic, social, and technological implications of an increasingly multipolar world order.

The event is organized by an international committee composed of scholars from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Shanghai University, the Belt and Road Initiative Quarterly (BRIQ) journal, and Yeditepe University. It will bring together academics, researchers, and policymakers working in the field of political economy.

Participants will also have the opportunity to publish their papers in peer-reviewed journals affiliated with WAPE.
The official language of the forum is English.
