“Investigation of the Use of Non-Conventional Yeasts as Postbiotics, Enhancement of Postbiotic Activity through Co-Culturing of Different Yeasts, and Scale-Up Studies,” led by Dr. Burcu Şirin Kara from the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Genetics and Bioengineering, has been granted support in the 2024 1st Term of TÜBİTAK-ARDEB 1001 project proposals.
