Calls for TÜBİTAK 2232-A International Fellowship for Outstanding Researchers and 2232-B International Fellowship for Early Stage Researchers 2024/2 are Now Open for Applications!
To encourage highly qualified researchers, particularly Turkish scientists with advanced scientific and technological expertise and experience abroad, to conduct research in strategic areas within Türkiye, TÜBİTAK has opened calls for the 2232-A International Fellowship for Outstanding Researchers and 2232-B International Fellowship for Early Stage Researchers Programs as of October 23, 2024.
This program offers:
- Financial support for the project leader,
- Family living allowance for the spouse or child, if applicable,
- Research startup package fund,
- Research project support,
- Assistance with research team establishment,
- Incentive Allowance (PTI) for researchers participating in the project
- Institutional share for the host institution/organization,
- Health insurance support for the project leader and family,
- Travel support for the project leader, spouse, and children,
- Mentorship support.
The duration of support for projects ranges from a minimum of 24 months to a maximum of 36 months. Detailed information about the programs can be accessed through the links below:

Through these programs, support will be provided to scientists who aim for groundbreaking advancements in science and technology for our country, with the potential to fill critical gaps in their fields and bring fresh perspectives. Applications for the programs, which are pioneering in terms of the support mechanisms they provide, will be open until 13.12.2024 and can be submitted online through TÜBİTAK's Management Information System (https://tybs.tubitak.gov.tr).
