Dear Students,
Our students who will have to travel from other cities for Final Exams of English Language Prep School Summer Program between 11 August – 12 August 2021 that will be conducted in person, will be our guests in our student residences in case of a necessity.
Students who will require a place in our residence halls need to fill out the form at the link below no later than 10 August 2021.
ACCOMODATION IN OUR STUDENT RESIDENCE HALLS:
- Students and their family members who already live in Istanbul cannot stay in our residences.
- Students who will take the exam on 11 August 2021 can move into their rooms by 10 August 2021, by 08.30.
- A maximum number of two people can stay in our residence halls apart from the student. For each person accomodated apart from the student, a fee of 100 TL per night will be charged.
- For students and family members who will stay in our residence halls, a HES Code query will take place. Only students and members whose HES CODE queries return a Riskless result can stay in the halls.
- Students and their family members have to leave the rooms no later than 13 August 2021, Friday, by 18.00.
