Applications to Yeditepe University Graduate Programmes are made through the Electronic Application System.
When you click on the ebs.yeditepe.edu.tr link, you can become a member of the system by creating a password with your e-mail address. When you complete your membership process, you will be notified to your e-mail address you have defined at every stage of application, acceptance and registration. For this reason, we recommend that you check your e-mail address regularly.
After completing your membership procedures, the system will direct you to the information input and document upload screens in the following fields.
Information Input: The information you need to enter into the system is given below.
Personal Information: Name, Surname, T.R. Identity No / Passport No (for Foreign National Candidates)
Education Information: Information about the programme you graduated from, CGPA, Graduation Date
Exam Information: Exam Type (ALES - GRE - GMAT), Exam Date, General Score
Foreign Language Information:
English Foreign Language Certificates: (TOEFL IBT, YDS, YÖKDİL, PTE, CAE, CPE, e-YDS), Score
German Foreign Language Certificates: TestDaF: at least level 3, DSD II: at least Stufe II, B2; TELC Deutsch: at least ausreichend at C2; at least ausreichend at C1; at least gut at B2; Goethe Institut: At least ausreichend at C2; at least ausreichend at C1 and at least gut at B2.
Portfolio: For architecture programmes.
Documents: The documents you need to upload to the system are listed below. The list of requested documents may vary between programmes. You can follow the detailed application requirements and document list for each programme on the relevant programme's page.
The prospective student accepts in advance that the information declared during the application and the documents uploaded to the system are correct. If a situation contrary to the truth and declaration is detected in the documents after the online registration phase, the student's registration will be cancelled. Education fees paid by students in this situation are not refundable.

Reference and Letter of Intent: A Letter of Reference and Letter of Intent may be included in the admission requirements of the programme you wish to apply for.
After completing your application, your documents will be shared with the relevant Departments. For some programmes, you may be asked to take an Interview / Science Exam. Exam / Interview dates are notified to the candidates by the Institutes.
After the applications are evaluated by the relevant Departments, the candidates accepted to the programme are announced by the Institutes. At the same time, candidates are informed via e-mail.
Candidates accepted to the programme must complete the registration process within the period specified in the registration calendar of the relevant Graduate School. Quotas for all graduate programmes at Yeditepe University are limited. For this reason, the admission and registration procedures of new candidates are carried out instead of the candidates who do not register within the defined period.
