    I have worked in various roles, teams and take part in different projects in the HRP department I have been playing a key role providing the communication between foreign academic members and the department, renewing the work permits of foreign academics and administrative employees. Processing all of the foreign employee hiring procedure from end to end Had an active role in preparing monthly reports about my team’s work Have been updating employee profiles in the ERP systems regularly Have been preparing the documents for new employees such as contracts, salaries, additional protocols like privacy (KVKK) and so on. I have been processing new employees' hiring processes on the ERP systems. Have been updating employee profiles in the ERP systems. I have been preparing hard copies and soft copies of personnel files. Have supported the learning and development team to collect tutorial demands, arrange education schedules, create educations to increase efficiency and so on I have kept track of academic assignment and promotion processes, prepared their files and checked the received documents Prepared some of the documents for all academics’ promotion processes Have helped to process the official gazette and website announcements
