2017-2018 Academic Year Registration Procedures

Dear Students;

 

After a challenging exam period to achieve your goals, you join us as the newest members of the Yeditepe University family. I congratulate you and your respectable families, your greatest supporters in achieving this success.

Apart from the academic education at Yeditepe University, will be able to take part in more than 1000 activities carried out every year by 44 student clubs and join the business world as an individual with advanced social and effective management and implementation skills.

Since our foundation as Yeditepe University, we aimed to educate intellectual individuals who will continue the Atatürk Renaissance. Registration and payment for all faculties will take place in the registration hall of Yeditepe University Social Facilities Building -1.Kat (İnönü Mah. Kayışdağı Cad., 26 Ağustos Yerleşimi 34755 Ataşehir - İstanbul).

** It is important to note that registration will not take place anywhere other than at our university.


  • Required Documents for student registration (Missing Documents are not accepted for registration)
  1. The Original diploma or an Original Certificate of Graduation from the school you graduated from (a certificate of achievement cannot be used instead of a certificate of graduation).
  2. ÖSYS Certificate (an internet printout of the candidate’s OSYS placement)
  3. Photocopy of identity card
  4. Certificate of residence: Please write phone(s) number (mobile phones) where students can be reached on the upper or lower part of the certificate of residence. The residence certificate can be obtained from the e-government website.
  5. Certificate of military status (Military Status Document for military candidates born in 1995 and earlier years) Military status certificate can be obtained from the e-government website.
  6. Six (6) passport size photographs (Write the name and surname of the student clearly on the back side of the photographs with a ballpoint pen.) Polaroids and photocopies will not be accepted.
  7. Bank Statement indicating payment has been made.
  8. Document showing the status of students who are relatives of veteran and martyrs.
  9. Document showing student disability and rates of disabilities.
  • NOTE: Do not forget to take your photocopies in advance as the documents delivered to the student's office will not be returned.

Payments for all Faculties and Departments will be made over the Preparatory School Fee. Payments will be restructured for students who pass the Preparatory Exemption Examination and start faculty

Payment Options

PAYMENT OPTION BY CONTRACTING WITH YAPI KREDİ BANK:

Parents who want to pay before they come to Yeditepe University for registration can go to any Yapı Kredi Bank branch in Turkey and make payments with their Student Number. Student numbers will be sent via SMS to mobile phones by ÖSYM. Students can also search for their student numbers on http://esorgulama.yeditepe.edu.tr with their ID number. The payment plan will be given to the parents by the bank officers in the branches.

Required documents for Yapı Kredi Bank: Photocopy of ID of student’s parent

Payment Method:

1) 25% advance payment, the remaining can be paid in 6 installments. The advance payment cannot be paid by credit card.

2) If the Tuition Fee is paid in two equal installments, ½ of the tuition must be paid in advance when the contract is made, and the remaining ½ of tuition fee in the period of 15-19 January 2018.

Parents who pay via Yapı Kredi Bank must provide bank statement of payment together with the required documents during registration.

**Parents who do not pay in advance and who want to pay by Bank Contract can do so when they come to the University for registration.


Payment Methods via Credit Card

Paying by Credit Card via Virtual POS

The whole annual fee can be paid in installments on www.yeditepe.edu.tr via virtual POS.

Payment can be made in 9 installments with Bonus- World- Maximum – Axess credit cards. Please bring bank statement of payment together with the required documents during registration.

Paying via credit card during the registration:

Parents who do not want to use the virtual POS payment option can pay the whole annual fee in 9 installments with Bonus- World- Maximum – Axess credit cards when they come to the university for the registration.


 

Registration Procedures

STUDENT WHO WILL NOT PAY DURING THE REGISTRATION

Student in this category are the ones who have a full scholarship or have already paid and have a bank payment statement with them.

Please proceed according to the following steps:

  • After getting the queue number from the QMatik at the entrance of the Social Facilities Building of our university, follow the digital screen and enter the Registration Hall located on floor -1 and take your place.
  • Go to the Student Affairs Desk to deliver all the necessary documents with the orientation of the officers in the Registration Hall.
  • Complete your registration by submitting your documents to the Student Affairs. Then you can get your IDs from the ID Desk in the registration hall.
  • Once you have your IDs, go to the Preparatory School Desk and fill in the preparation forms. Students who do not fill out these forms cannot take the preparatory exemption exam.

 

 

The Proficiency Exam will be held at the Rectorate Building on Wednesday, August 23rd, 2016 at 09.30.

The Placement Exam will be held at the Rectorate Building on Tuesday, September 12th at 09.30.

STUDENTS WHO ARE GOING TO PAY DURING THE REGISTRATION

Students in this category are the one who have a 25% or 50% scholarship, paying students who have come to registration without having paid beforehand and students who are going to benefit from an International Diploma, ISTEK schools, sibling or staff discount.

Please proceed according to the following steps:

  1. After getting the queue number from the QMatik at the entrance of the Social Facilities Building of our university, follow the digital screen and enter the Registration Hall located on floor -1 and take your place.
  2. Wait for your queue number after completing your payment. Go to the Student Affairs Desk with payment receipts and registration documents. The registration process of students who do not go to the Student Affairs Desk will be incomplete.
  3. Complete your registration by submitting your documents to the Student Affairs. Then you can get your IDs from the ID Desk in the registration hall.
  4. Once you have your IDs, go to the Preparatory School Desk and fill in the preparation forms. Students who do not fill out these forms cannot take the preparatory exemption exam.

Students who qualify for other scholarships provided by the university (ISTEK schools, International Diploma, Nursing Compulsory Service, Sibling, Staff):

Go to the Financial Affairs Desk in the registration room before bank procedures. Students who qualify for International Diploma Scholarships must have the documents (regarding their diploma and diploma grade) which meet the requirements mentioned in the guidelines.

All payments of students who qualify for ISTEK schools, International Diploma, Sibling, and Staff discounts will be done during registration at the registration hall at Yeditepe University Social Facilities Building -1.Kat. These student will not make any payments before registration.

The Proficiency Exam will be held at the Rectorate Building on Wednesday, August 23rd, 2016 at 09.30.

SERVICE BUS REGISTRATION: Registration can be done after the student registration is completed, at the İSTEK Service Department in the same building on ground floor -1

Dormitory Registration: After the student registration is completed, the dormitory registration can be done on the same floor with the following documents:

Health report

Copy of ID Card (2 copies)

Passport Photos: (3 pieces)
