For 2 weeks, the 36 students who participated in the program from various schools and cities participated in the 4 academic / vocational courses among the 92 courses offered by our university and took English courses given by University of Waterloo University academicians,.
In addition to the Engineering departments that the students were mostly interested in, courses from the departments of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Virtual Court, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Psychology and Acting were also chosen.
In addition to the lessons, the students also had the opportunity to ask questions about business life and the issues they were curious about with trips to Yemeksepeti.com and Sahibinden.com companies. As part of our social responsibility tour, we went to Darülaceze and visited our elders who lived there.
Yeditepe University student clubs were with the students throughout the program. Students had fun at Science Fiction Club events, Music Club concerts and the Karaoke event. They made observations with a telescope together with Dr. Alper Ateş and participated in film criticisms after watching the film "Agora" together.
The students who have successfully completed the program received their English and Turkish certificates by Yeditepe University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. İpek KARAASLAN and Director of Continuing Education Center Assoc. Prof. Dr. Can Tansel KAYA.
