Knowledge Center The Knowledge Center serves all students and academics with printed or electronic materials supporting the researches carried out in line with the needs of the institutes and faculties of our university with its 500 seating capacity, a faculty library and a Turkish History Research Collection Library on an area of 6.784m2 Consisting of 3 main sections: Reference Hall, General Collection and Law Hall, there are also reading rooms, an audio study room, special research room, audio-visual room, TUS study room, art room, free study area, thesis, art and reserve units. Books on Medical and Health Sciences in the Knowledge Center’s collection are presented to users on open shelves according to the National Library of Medicine (NLM) classification system and other subjects on the Library of Congress (LC) classification system. With 25 computers open to general use and wireless internet at every point, the Information Centre is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 7 days a week and all materials are accessible electronically. 48
