The Department of Russian Language and Literature aims to graduate students who are qualified in literature and culture, as well as their language skills, and raising young people who can work in various fields in national and international platforms, contributing to science and humanity as a whole. With its thoroughly prepared curriculum, students can develop their intercultural communication abilities throughout their education, while becoming able to look at humanity, societies and concepts without prejudice within ethical values, as well as questioning and using their knowledge in the field. Apart from raising graduates who are highly-skilled and have a critical mindset and well-taught, students are equipped with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to work in various fields of public and private industries. 64% of our students are on a scholarship.
