In line with these studies, our undergraduate students can have the opportunity to implement the theoretical knowledge they have learned in the courses by completing graduation projects. Accredited continuously since the year of 2010 by MÜDEK, the department has four laboratories, namely as Simulation and Statistics, Computer Integrated Production, Data Science and Control and Automation. Apart from providing the students with an opportunity to apply their theoretical courses into application, they are also used actively by the department in their projects. Also, in order to keep up with the latest developments in technology, four mandatory courses on computer science and information technologies that have been added to the curriculum are also conducted in these laboratories. Technical Trips in Turkey and Abroad, as well as Social Responsibility Projects with YUSES Our department has Industry and System Engineering Society (YUSES), which is the most active students club not only at Yeditepe University but also in the country. Every year, YUSES carries out numerous training, domestic and international technical trips, social responsibility projects, and organizes annual activities called “Would I do any work?” and “Brain” organized with the participation of top executives and inform students about career options and business sectors. Career Opportunities Our graduates can find jobs in various sectors including supply chain management, logistics, finance, IT, sales, marketing and business-process development.
