198 In its first years, the International Finance Programme includes language courses for the development of foreign languages used in academic and business environments, and basic courses such as Mathematics, Introduction to Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, Statistics, Statistical Software and Data Compilation, Financial Accounting, Business Management, Law, Corporate Governance and Ethics, which form the necessary infrastructure for mastering important concepts related to economic and administrative institutions, market analysis, business management. In later years, we offer more specialised courses such as Advanced Statistics, Econometrics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Monetary Economics, Financial Markets and Institutions, Fundamentals of Finance, Corporate Finance, International Financial Management, Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management, Derivatives Markets, Technical and Fundamental Analysis in the Stock Market, Financial Risk Analysis/Risk Management, Turkish Capital Markets and Financial Services Marketing. Students can also choose from advanced specialisation courses such as Advanced Investment Analysis including Alternative Investments, Blockchain Applications and Cryptocurrencies, Algorithmic Trading, Insurance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Behavioural Finance, Public Finance, Management and Cost Accounting, Asian and European Economies, International Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Turkish Industry, Turkish Tax System, Artificial Intelligence and Real Estate Valuation and Management. In the International Finance programme, there are 11 elective courses that allow students to create areas of concentration from interdisciplinary subjects, internships that provide real-life experience, and Graduation Project courses that provide the opportunity to conduct research and present the results in a public forum.
