I am very happy to graduate in 2022 with the title of Food Engineer from this wellestablished university that I started in 2017. I am drawing my career path thanks to the courses we take in our department, the laboratories where we carry out applied courses, multidisciplinary studies and internships I have done. Leaving the competitions, I participated in with degrees, our research project being entitled to be supported within the scope of TÜBİTAK 2209-B, the thesis we have written recently in cooperation with another company is proof that I have improved myself in every field. Apart from what we have learnt in the lessons, it is an invaluable happiness for me to apply what we have learnt in the places where we work. Yeditepe University Food Engineering Department works with all its facilities to provide us with the education, academic knowledge and quantitative thinking power we dream of. With its well-equipped and large laboratories, multidisciplinary project opportunities and concentration programmes with different departments, and our advanced English curriculum, it guides us to our profession in the most effective way under the guidance of our experienced professors. Technical trips, seminars and presentations and seminars of competent people from the sector organised by our department strengthen our theoretical infrastructure and prepare us as engineers with high-level academic ability to achieve our career goals.
