With its holistic, unique and innovative education model, our department provides its graduates with the knowledge, skills and competences required to work in a wide range of fields such as production, product development, quality and R&D as well as management, marketing and sales in the food sector and to structure their careers with a focus on sustainability, health and innovation in line with the requirements of the day. It makes a meaningful contribution to informing society and individuals about health, nutrition, safe food and sustainability, improving human health and quality of life, and sustainable development goals. It offers a wide range of training and career opportunities, including learning how to achieve consistency in nutritional value, taste and other quality parameters without compromising safety and sustainability in both industrial food production and home-cooked meals.
