In this workshop, we have the opportunity to teach students from various local schools. We not only learn how to teach mathematics, but also learn classroommanagement and how to make contact with students. Also, with our other courses, we conduct mathematics applications based on activities with students in local schools. Thanks to the seminars, courses and the opportunities provided by our academics within the department, we can adopt a lifelong learning model and improve our occupational knowledge. Throughout my education, I have received enormous contribution from my university in terms of achieving competence inmy field. By combining theoretical courses which provided me with a strong foundation about psychological counselling and selective courses, I have gained a wider perspective. Also, thanks to the applied courses, I had the chance to adapt this knowledge into real life. I have started my double major in the Department of Psychology. Thus, candidates can interpret the theory / practice relationship in their own practices by questioning it while learning professional knowledge and skills.
